Bed and bath linens are provided. Extra blankets and pillows are in the closets. A fireplace is available if you like – for those cool evenings.
Please help me avoid charging a cleaning deposit by stripping your bed, piling sheets, pillow cases and towels in the work room. Used dishes in the dishwasher, garbage wrapped and trash we have not already removed bagged. We do not have a garbage disposal; there are plenty of plastic bags available to wrap wet garbage. If you provide your meals, straighten the kitchen after use. I will straighten after a catered meal. The last load of dishes need not be run – don’t want any water accidentally getting everywhere if no one is there. If you bring your own food, remove any leftovers from the refrigerator.
How to Book
We will accept Pay Pal, Visa or Master Card, but prefer cash or check so we don’t have to share with corporate. Happy to do what suits you best. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. If we provide food, separate check for that is required.
Maximum overnight is 9, minimum is 6. Minimum overnight stay is 2 nights. We are available for day reservations – $50 plus tax for up to 4 hours, $75 plus tax for 8 hours.
Introductory rates of overnights: $50 per night per person for Friday and Saturday nights. Add nights at $40 each. Thurs, Fri, Sat night would be $140.00. Arrival time is after 10 a.m. first day and departure is before 4 p.m. last day. Save by staying through the week. Sunday through Thursday nights are $40 per person per night. When you arrive, park in the rear of the house and enter through the back.
